Hello, I would like to know how they say work and work when surpose the list of foods that scheme please me to eat as the food, if
how and how much weight loss or monthly

Mediterranean diet is AWESOME! The diet focuses on the use of::: lots of fish, vegetables, whole grains and legumes. Often the cooking of the use of balsamic vinegar and olive oil (caution is in hot oil - high in calories, a little) should do it. The diet is very high, because you cut a lot of fat in your diet (chicken not used), and after a meal to feel satisfied enough - no regrets! Legumes such as chickpeas and lentils are great because they will provide an excellent source of fiber (good for your digestive system) and protein (keeps you full). Whole grains are ideal to get the energy from carbohydrates, but are for your health, at the same time (fiber, not yet!). And do not forget the fish! The proteins and brain power! The weight loss is something for everyone else. I guess that simply eating out of the top ten of the books by simply changing these foods instead of the usual diet may fall in a month. But do not miss out if you want to maintain weight. Not only can you back. If the WAN --t continue to decline, making exercise, diet with foods of the Mediterranean. Good luck!
Also, try to find a recipe for vegetarian chili with lentils - in fact, a recipe from a nutritionist from Greece existed!
