My honeywell furnace will not open the main gas valve? - how to open a honeywell lockbox
I had problems for some time.
The device will function normally and then something trips 3-20 minutes, then turn the main valve, with the rest of the unit, with the exception of the exhaust gas turbine engines.
On the device lights up normally, restart until the pilot light. It does not, however, remains the main valve is not open to the burners light and the process of jobs there. The device must fit properly for about 1-5 hours before restarting.
It has an S86F Intermittent Pilot Module.
All the reasons which have determined that I see and I reduced the main map could not be the gas valve itself and the experimental module of my experience.
Any tips?
* Please note, the unit was replaced a ceiling fan, but this problem seems to happen about 4 months later.

ck to see if it is a flame sensor, the longer a round disk with 2 son, who put on one side and a rubber hose to the other, make sure the pipe is not blocked, and leaks or cracks in the tube that is all, whatever the automatic burner, avoiding oh ya, theres no chance or change, I Triedit works with low voltage side is the gas valve, I found that pipes or connections, either caues tips and to do what you do, oh yes, and it is, the hood attached, I hope this helps, I 5or6 this winter
It appears that you have 2 separate problems. When the furnace is typically operated for 3-20 minutes, then no, it is very likely that a border.
They tell me that the tail lamps light the pilot light is lit, but the main valve does not open, maybe a problem of flame rectification. Clean the flame sensor and see if that solves the problem. If not bite the bullet and call the people.
The unity of the LP or natural gas? It was created for the right gas? If this is the inlet pressure sufficient to satisfy the pressure switch? Gas Co. He came to examine the system? Just a few ideas that you send in the right direction.
This could be the thermocouple, you replaced already?
